As Caldera Family Medicine’s CEO, Misty Boughton is an integral part of what keeps operations running smoothly at our family practice. Innovative and collaborative, Misty has over 15 years of experience in the field, including her work as a medical assistant, dental assistant, coding specialist, and insurance biller. Her diverse experience gives her a unique perspective in her leadership role at CFM, where she applies her critical thinking and creativity to create long-term strategies. Motivated by leading a collaborative team, Misty enjoys piloting new ideas and learning from the smartest people in the room. When not at work, you can find her taking advantage of Bend’s outdoor activities with her two teenagers.
