New Charting System, Same Comprehensive Care

When will the transition to MyChart occur?

We will be transitioning to MyChart on 1/30/2024.

When will I lose access to the current electronic medical record (EMR) system?
We ask that you discontinue the use of Healow after January 29th.
What are the benefits of switching to MyChart?
MyChart gives patients seamless access to health records, test results, eCheck-In, and provider communication for non-urgent questions. As part of Epic Systems’ nationally recognized electronic record software, MyChart offers robust patient portal benefits backed by ironclad data protection.
Will I be required to update my personal and medical information?
Yes, you will need to update both for the new charting system.
Is there a deadline to update my information?
Ideally, you will update your information prior to your next appointment. However, patients can log in any time after January 29th.
Will I be issued new patient portal login credentials for MyChart?
Yes, you will get new credentials after you text to start (see next question).
How do I sign up for MyChart?
