MEET YOUR PROVIDERS
We’re proud to work with skilled practitioners for all mental health services through the clinic.
JULIE ST. CLAIR, LPC
Julie brings 30 years of clinical experience to our practice and takes a whole-person approach to care. Her treatment philosophy centers on the belief that humans are complex yet share an innate need for connection and love, and that our healing needs evolve throughout the lifespan. As a process-oriented therapist, she draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and the Gottman Method, taking a multi-modal approach that considers the whole person. Julie is passionate about helping patients build healthy relationships and quality lives, always following the lead of the individual, who she considers the expert in their own life.
Originally from Montana, Julie has practiced in Washington and Oregon and is thrilled to call Bend home. When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll find her at the gym, on the tennis court, or walking around our beautiful city. She also loves spending time with her daughter, making jewelry, reading, and exploring local thrift shops.

JENNA RICHARDSON, Community Health Worker
As a Community Health Worker at Caldera Family Medicine, Jenna supports patients by helping them navigate complex life situations and access the resources they need to thrive. She works closely with individuals and their Primary Care Providers to improve health outcomes by addressing social determinants of health by bridging the gap between clinical care and everyday life.
In addition to Jenna’s CHW role, she brings hands-on experience as a psychiatric medical assistant and TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) technician and coordinator. These roles have deepened her understanding of evidence-based mental health treatments and reinforced her passion for providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
Jenna is currently a senior undergraduate at Oregon State University (Go Beavs!), majoring in psychology with a minor in biology. Her studies have focused on areas such as neurobiology, cognition, developmental psychology, and even ecological conservation. As a parent to a young child, Jenna understands firsthand how wellness can sometimes take a backseat and how powerful it is to have support during those times.
When Jenna is not working or studying, you’ll likely find her beachcombing or tidepooling along the Oregon Coast, catching live music in Central Oregon, or enjoying a cozy evening at home with her family, a good book or movie, and a solid playlist.
