SERVICES

Medical Aesthetics in Bend, Oregon

At Caldera Family Medicine, we aim to provide comprehensive services across the healthcare spectrum. We’re proud to offer medical aesthetics performed by our skilled aesthetic nurse. Whether patients are seeking to improve their physical appearance or address a cosmetic concern, the aesthetic treatments at CFM are performed in a clean, comfortable environment.

Injectables

Neuromodulators

Neuromodulators (neurotoxins) such as Botox, Dysport, and Xeomin are FDA-approved injectables that can be used to cosmetically treat dynamic signs of aging, such as fine lines and wrinkles that are a result of muscle contractions. Other common off-label uses for neurotoxins include correction of a gummy smile, excessive sweating, chin dimpling, TMJ, and slimming the jawline. The onset of the medication can vary but generally take effect within two weeks after injection. Results may vary but generally last 3 to 4 months.

Dermal fillers

Hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal fillers can be used to add or maintain volume, hydration, and improve facial symmetry. HA dermal filler options at CFM include products from RHA, Juvéderm, and Restylane. The injectable treatment offers a noninvasive option to enhance and maintain beauty. Duration of results can vary depending on the product used, areas being treated, and the patient’s own personal factors. Common results last from 6 months to 2 years.

SkinPen

Our clinic is excited to offer the revolutionary SkinPen treatment to our patients. As the first FDA-cleared microneedling device, the SkinPen offers a safe, effective way to address skin concerns without heat or chemicals. Among its many benefits are rejuvenated skin, renewed collagen, improved appearance of neck wrinkles, and reduced appearance of acne scars. As individual results may vary, we always recommend booking a complimentary consultation with our practitioner to find the treatment that’s best for your goals.

Chemical Peels

aesthetics

A medium-depth chemical peel addresses fine lines and wrinkles, acne, acne scarring, hyperpigmentation, uneven skin texture, dullness, and melasma. The peel promotes overall smoother skin texture by refining pores, controlling oil, and stimulating collagen production. This treatment contains an anesthetic that helps lower the discomfort level associated with chemical peels and is safe for all skin types and skin tones, with noticeable results as soon as 7 days.

Medical Grade Skin Care

We are always looking for the best products and price points for our patients. Check in with our medical aesthetics team to learn about other new products and services we may be offering.
