Becky believes that building a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship is key to creating a space to explore and address issues and concerns. She uses a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy with mindfulness to foster coping skills to help individuals explore and understand how our interpersonal relationships affect our past and present and the impact it has on our lives. Becky works to assist in improving her clients quality of life by identifying ways to better cope and manage so they can be the happiest, healthiest version of themselves.
Becky has training and experience working with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. When she’s not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, hiking, camping, and exploring Central Oregon.

JENNA RICHARDSON, Community Health Worker
As a Community Health Worker at Caldera Family Medicine, Jenna supports patients by helping them navigate complex life situations and access the resources they need to thrive. She works closely with individuals and their Primary Care Providers to improve health outcomes by addressing social determinants of health by bridging the gap between clinical care and everyday life.
In addition to Jenna’s CHW role, she brings hands-on experience as a psychiatric medical assistant and TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) technician and coordinator. These roles have deepened her understanding of evidence-based mental health treatments and reinforced her passion for providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
Jenna is currently a senior undergraduate at Oregon State University (Go Beavs!), majoring in psychology with a minor in biology. Her studies have focused on areas such as neurobiology, cognition, developmental psychology, and even ecological conservation. As a parent to a young child, Jenna understands firsthand how wellness can sometimes take a backseat and how powerful it is to have support during those times.
When Jenna is not working or studying, you’ll likely find her beachcombing or tidepooling along the Oregon Coast, catching live music in Central Oregon, or enjoying a cozy evening at home with her family, a good book or movie, and a solid playlist.
